1. Parties

Hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”.
The buyer is the person placing the order and is hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”.
2. Products and Prices
All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include value-added tax (VAT) unless otherwise specified.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Minor variations in colors, print placement, and product details may occur.
The total cost of the purchase, including any shipping charges, will be displayed before the order is completed.
3. Payment
We offer payment via Vipps and other payment methods that are available in the online store at any given time.
Payment will be charged once the order has been confirmed and processed.
In the event of technical errors or suspected fraud, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
4. Delivery
Goods are normally shipped within 5 business days after the order has been received.
Estimated delivery time within Norway is normally 2–7 business days but may vary.
If delivery is significantly delayed, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.
Risk for the goods passes to the Buyer upon receipt of the goods.
5. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act.
The withdrawal period begins on the day after the goods have been received.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear notice within the deadline by email to merge@martiniusstenshorne.com.
The goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notice of withdrawal has been given.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we have received the returned goods or documentation proving that the goods have been sent back.
6. Returns
Returned goods must be unused and returned in the same condition in which they were received.
Products damaged due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods may be subject to a reduced refund.

7. Complaints and Defective Products
If the product has a defect, the Buyer may file a complaint in accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act.
Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered.
For approved complaints, we will cover reasonable return costs and offer repair, replacement, price reduction, or a refund in accordance with applicable legislation.

8. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection legislation.
Information is used solely for processing orders, delivering goods, and providing necessary customer service.

9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall first be attempted resolved amicably.
If this is unsuccessful, consumers may contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) or the Consumer Complaints Committee (Forbrukerklageutvalget).
Norwegian law applies to all purchases made through the online store.
